There are two ways to buy, either via Paypal (preferred method) or via eSellerate, our e-commerce solution provider. Both options offer fast, safe and secure methods of payment.

The software will be delivered to your email account as soon as we recieve notification of payment by either Paypal or eSellerate, therefore it is absolutely vital that
a correct email address is provided.
If you choose to have a CDROM delivered, it may take at least a week for the CD to arrive. Make sure that
your address is valid. It will be shipped via air mail.
What you get upon purchase

- A unique software key to personalise your software (where applicable)

- CD ROM (If you ordered one)
Licensing options
- Single User License - meant for a single individual, to be installed on ONE computer. (software has no network drive support)
- Corporate Licenses - meant for a company, to be installed on any computer, (up to a maximum of 200 computers, more will require additional license purchases) within the company's premises. (software has network drive support)
Note that only software with the sole option of single user licenses have network support.

Upgrade policy
If you purchase the software alone without upgrades, you are entitled to free minor updates on the software
e.g. if you purchase version 3.0 of a software, you are entitled to 3.1, 3.2, etc.
If you purchase the Unlimited Upgrades option, you are entitled to upgrades of all major revisions related to the software.
e.g. 4.0, 5.0 etc
Refund policy
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, so please make sure that you test out the software and that it works
according to your needs before making a purchase.
