| Money in today's modern age is fiat currency. This means that the money we use is paper money based on the faith of the government. This is true for many countries. Money today has no inherent value, since most of it is paper (which can be printed at low cost) and exists only as numbers in a computer (which can be typed into a computer with a few keystrokes!). A long time ago money used to be backed by gold and silver. This is how the US dollar came to be the world's reserve currency. However today the US dollar is no longer backed by gold or silver and is fiat currency like every currency in the world. |

| » What does this mean? |
| Because today's money is not real at all, you should not be focusing on thinking about making money. Sure, you'll need it to live. Sure you need it to buy things. BUT, remember that money isn't real. Things that you use it to buy it are. Instead of focusing on making money, one should be focusing on improving the lives' of others. Don't ask how can I make more money, ask how can I help other people and improve their lives? |

| » Find your true purpose to be rich |
| Remember money right now is only an illusion. Why should you limit yourself on something which is an illusion? Once you think differently then it's a whole new ball game. Imagine if you had all the money in the world right now and you could do anything, would you still be doing what you're doing? If not, you're in the wrong job. Find your true purpose in life. If you're not loving what you're studying, you're in the wrong course. Find your true purpose! And THEN you will be rich. Rich people do not work for money, they work for something bigger than themselves, purpose. |

| Again, who cares? There is a Chinese saying.. there is always one mountain higher than another mountain. Good for them if they have more money. Remember money is worthless. It's what you do with your life that counts, how you help others, how many can you help. In death you cannot take your money with you but if you help as many people as you can your memory will live on with the people you've helped, your legacy will live on. Isn't that worth more than worthless money? |

| In life it's easy to blame others. Afterall, that means you don't have to accept self responsibility. The truth is, you are where you are, because you choose to be. Life isn't fair. Even many rich people were poor at some point. The thing is they dug themselves out of their hole. You can start by saving money. That's one step to a bigger future. Help others, even if you're poor. |

| » Make wise decisions with your money |
| You must be thrifty and make wise decisions with your capital. I started Skyjuice Software with less than $200 but a whole lot of passion and doing what I loved. I couldn't care about money or what other people thought. Remember most people are average, so why should you listen to them? If you have a brilliant idea, most likely they wouldn't understand or know. The ipod for example would've never been invented by the vast majority of people. Have a plan and follow your dreams and ignore the vast majority. |
