If you already own an existing license of Fast Folder Rename, Quick File Rename, or Folder Maker and did not purchase the unlimited upgrades option OR if you wish to upgrade from a Single User License to a Corporate License, you may do so by purchasing from this special page for existing customers.

Please note that in order to qualify for the prices here, you must already own an existing license, if you do not own an existing license, then you should visit the web store.

Ordering Instructions

If you choose to have a CDROM delivered, it may take at least a week for the CD to arrive. Make sure that your address is valid. It will be shipped via air mail.

What you get upon purchase

• A zip file containing the software setup file
• A unique software key to personalise your software (where applicable)
• Technical support via email
• CD ROM (If you ordered one)

Licensing options

The following licensing options are available. Please purchase the correct license for use. If you have doubts on what license to purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

** Single User ** To be eligible for the Single User license, ALL elibility criteria MUST be fulfilled, otherwise the Corporate license must be purchased instead.		For a single individual only		Software has no network drive support and will not work on network drives.
		For home use only, provided that the home is not registered in the name of any company.		Software cannot be registered in the name of a company.
		For non commercial use only i.e. it is not used in any way (directly or indirectly) to make money or profits in any way or form. If you are using the software as part of your job, you must purchase the Corporate / Company license.
Corporate/Company		For a company or corporation or commercial (work) purposes.		None. Software has network drive support and will work on network drives.
		For Quick File Rename: Each license permits installation of up to 2 computers within the premises in a single location (building). For Data Stash: Each license permits installation of up to 2 computers within the premises in a single location (building). For all other products: Each license permits installation of up to 5 computers within the premises in a single location (building).

Upgrade policy

If you purchase the software alone without upgrades, you are entitled to free minor updates on the software e.g. if you purchase version 3.0 of a software, you are entitled to 3.1, 3.2, etc.

If you purchase the Unlimited Upgrades option, you are entitled to upgrades of all major revisions related to the software. e.g. 4.0, 5.0 etc.

Major revisions denote completely new features and upgrades, while minor revisions would denote probable bug fixes and minor changes.

Refund policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, so please make sure that you test out the software and that it works according to your needs before making a purchase. All our products are try-before-you-buy and are available at our product page.
